Żelazowa Wola 15, 96-503 Sochaczew
The Birthplace of Fryderyk Chopin in Żelazowa Wola invites you to exclusive screenings of the film "Pianoforte," which reveals the lives of young participants in the legendary Chopin Competition. Screenings will take place on Saturdays at 4:00 PM. Admission is 20 PLN.
Winner of the prestigious international Emmy Award and the Polish Eagle Award, "Pianoforte" is a unique documentary filmed during the actual preparations and performances of the participants in the last edition of the Chopin Competition. The camera follows not actors, but real young pianists as they strive to win the most important international piano competition. We observe them during practice sessions, competition performances, but also in private, emotional moments as they face pressure, fatigue, and their own weaknesses. It is a true story of immense passion, determination, and dedication.
Capacity Limit: 70
