CHAMBER CONCERT - "Musical Landscapes from the Seine"
Cinema hall
Admission: PLN 8.80 per person

On World Piano Day, Żelazowa Wola will resound with the rhythm of French music – light, graceful, and radiant. It was France, Fryderyk Chopin's second homeland, that became the place where his talent blossomed and where the piano gained a new, poetic voice. On Sunday, March 29th, at 5:00 PM, in the cinema of the Fryderyk Chopin Birthplace, we invite you to a concert that will transport listeners to the world of Parisian salons, impressionistic landscapes, and dance ecstasies.

Performing at two pianos will be Aleksandra Świgut and Aleksandra Bobrowska – pianists who will tell the musical history of France with passion and ease. The program features works brimming with color and emotion: Claude Debussy's delicate Petite Suite, Cécile Chaminade's romantic miniatures, Mél Bonis's charming waltzes, Darius Milhaud's brilliant Scaramouche, Camille Saint-Saëns's dramatic Danse macabre, and the fiery Carmen Suite, inspired by Georges Bizet's opera.

This will be an hour full of musical contrasts—from delicate impressions to dramatic climaxes, from Parisian salons to theatrical stages. Two pianos, two artists, one celebration—a celebration of an instrument that can speak all the languages of the world.
